Terms and Conditions for Engagement of Recruitment Process

​

  • During our collaboration, Magneum HR will assume professionalism, flexibility, and trust, and the following responsibilities:

  • Magneum HR would be responsible for short listing suitable and appropriate candidates according with the client’s needs.

  • Magneum HR will ensure the screening process.

  • Magneum HR will send by e-mail to the clint or through client tools with the profiling of the candidates, CVs, and other information as requested.

  • Magneum HR will ensure that the CV is not fabricated/faked.

  • During the selection process and at different stages of interviews, Magneum HR will keep the client informed of all relevant information about the candidate.

  • Magneum HR will provide support during the salary negotiation process.

 

Warranty

​

  • The service provider guarantees placement in case the contractual relationship between the candidate presented by the Provider and employed/contracted by the Customer ended before the term established for each role.

  • The Customer undertakes responsibility to inform the Provider in writing, regarding candidate termination, within 5 (five) working days from its intervention.

  • The period begins with the first working day of the candidate placed by the Provider, for a period of 90 calendar days. The guarantee will be applicable only if the Customer notified the Provider within the established term and fulfilled all its payment obligations, in accordance with the invoices issued by the Provider, within the established terms, without any delays in their payment.

  • As warranty of 90 days, the agency shall find a suitable replacement for the employee and if unable to replace the employee within 90 working days, the agency shall refund the full fee amount if the employment ends during the first 30 days of activity.  After the first 30 days and before 60 days of activity, the agency shall refund 50% of the fee, and between 60 days and 90 days of activity the agency shall refund 30% of the recruitment fee.

  • The guarantee does not apply if the departure of the new employee is due to reasons not related to the quality of services provided by the Provider: harassment, accidents, sick leave, pregnancy, reorganisation of the company, non-compliance with the obligations of the Customer to the new employee, and so on.  The guarantee doe not apply to contractors.

 

Fee

​

  • We are working with Success fee; The success fee for filling the position by one of the candidates selected and presented by the Provider and validated by the Customer, in the amount of 0.8 - 2.0 (negotiable) of the monthly gross salary of the employed candidate.  We can also customise our offer based on your specific recruitment needs.  For contractors we calculate the recruitment fee based on the hourly rate x 160 hours x (1.0 - 2.0; which is negotiable).

 

Confidentiality

​

  • For the purposes of this Contract, "Confidential Information" means all data disclosed to each other by the Parties or obtained by one Party from the other Party in the performance of the contract, including the negotiation period prior to signing. This confidential information includes but is not limited to data and information of any kind, whether transmitted orally, in writing or by electronic means and regardless of the nature of the environment or the medium it contains.
